The Centre for Hellenic Studies WA is the dedicated educational outreach of the Hellenic Community of Western Australia, created to ensure Greek language and culture thrives in WA. We believe language is more than vocabulary and grammar, it’s identity, history and connection sits at the heart of everything we do.
As the go-to Greek language centre in Western Australia, CHSWA offers a wide range of classes tailored to all levels, from beginners to advanced students. With qualified native-Greek teachers, small group learning and a warm, authentic atmosphere, students are supported to grow with confidence with many sitting the Centre for the Greek Language examinations each year.
Our programs honour the richness of Hellenic tradition while embracing contemporary teaching methods that reflect how students learn today. Whether you’re starting fresh, continuing your studies or reconnecting with your heritage, CHSWA provides a pathway grounded in excellence and guided by community.
